Fluency was born out of Global View Communications, an inclusion business strategy firm that is the leader in its field. GVC focuses on aligning the diversity and inclusion initiatives with its client’s corporate strategy. They are changing diversity and inclusion as a defensive strategy to an offensive strategy to benefit their clients.
