We use Kentucky products as ingredients in many of our cheese spreads. Our Wine Cheese is made with wine from Talon Winery in Lexington. We’ve created special cheeses made with craft beer from Mirror Twin Brewing in Lexington (Citranomical IPA) and 3rd Turn Brewing in Louisville (Swooly Jalapeno Kolsh).
