Jennifer Synnott, NP, Nurse Practitioner

Jennifer Synnott, DNP is a nurse practitioner at the University of Vermont Medical Center. She enjoys connecting with her patients, even when the time they spend together is short, and has a patient-centered care philosophy that takes the whole person into consideration. Synnott feels strongly about the importance of patient education and arming her patients with the knowledge necessary to navigate living with, and recovering from, injury or illness.
