I am Sam - Soft Tissue & Sports Massage Therapist in Hereford. I discovered Sports Massage Therapy following several injuries, & to assist & complement my training during my 13 year military career. Inspired by the effective results; I studied to achieve my Diploma in Sport Massage Therapy. I work with you to understand your needs to ensure I provide the highest quality & individual treatment. Not just here to help you recover & send you on your way; I work with you to devise a treatment & prevention plan to lead to a lasting change. I use a range of Soft Tissue & Manual Therapy techniques to reduce pain, muscle stiffness & soreness, & aid recovery of musculoskeletal injuries. I am also passionate about the use of massage for relaxation.
