Meet the owner Oanh “Ann” Nguyen of Island Fin Poke - Katy TX. Ann is a graduate of the University of Houston and has resided in the Houston area for more than 27 years. She also earned her MBA at University of Houston. After spending over 14 years as a CPA in the Oil & Gas Industry, Ann decided to take the plunge into becoming a franchise owner of Island Fin Poke Co.

This would provide her the flexibility to spend more time with her three sons and give back to the Katy community. The Island Fin Poke brand was the perfect fit for Ann as it aligns with her belief that healthy, wholesome food options should always be delicious and have great flavor.
