Welcome to Island Fin Poké Company - Salt Lake City, Utah! Hannah and Wes Stout are excited to bring fresh, sustainable, and delicious Poké to Utah. They fell in love with the food, but the three core pillars of the brand: guest experience, quality of ingredients, and the culture of Ohana are what led them to open their own.

Both having day jobs, they are building a team to lead the daily operation that will bring years of food service experience to ensure you’ll be warmly welcomed into our Ohana. Their vision for Island Fin Poke is to provide fresh quality food and exceptional customer experiences through their valued team members.
