Pictra Payne is the President/CEO of Premier Teachers Training and Consulting LLC and The Key Is Me Youth Enrichment Program. She has over 25 years’ experience in the early childhood profession. She has an exemplary reputation as a Master Trainer with TECPDS, American Red Cross CPR/First aid Instructor, Hearing and Vision Screener, and an Early Learning Specialist. Mrs. Payne has trained at National Conferences, Organizations, and Child Care facilities across Texas. She has also consulted childcare centers on opening procedures, Minimum Standards, NAC, NAEYC Accreditation, and Texas Raising Star procedures. She is dedicated to helping Early Childhood Professionals to gain knowledge and the ability to understand the importance of early care and education.
