Girish Paranjape, DO - Family Medicine

Girish Paranjape, DO, partners with his patients so they can achieve their health and wellness goals. His approach to patient care is unique for each person, and when needed, he collaborates with the medical team to help his patients achieve their optimal health. Dr. Paranjape provides care for the whole family and can help treat acute illness and manage chronic conditions. He offers many in-office procedures such as splinting, casting, joint injection and suturing.

Dr. Paranjape’s clinical interests include injury evaluation and rehabilitation, concussion evaluation and recovery, sports physicals, sports clearance post-injury, and prescriptive exercise. Dr. Paranjape’s interest in sports medicine stems from his time spent as the team physician for the University of Denver for 20 years.

Dr. Paranjape completed his undergraduate degree at the University of Oklahoma. He earned his medical degree from Oklahoma State University and completed his residency at the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center. Dr. Paranjape received his fellowship training in primary care sports medicine from the University of Colorado.

In his free time, Dr. Paranjape enjoys the great outdoors, fly-fishing, skiing, golf, hiking, and snowshoeing.
