Adult Mental Health Therapy. I offer a range of evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Person-Centred Therapy. I truly believe that at the heart of therapy should be the client’s needs. Their preferences should always be carefully considered. I strive to build a strong therapeutic relationship with each individual client, designing the therapy to suit each client’s uniqueness. I really believe these components are vital to achieve the best results in therapy.
