First Command Financial Advisor - Kimberly Quick

Kimberly Quick joined First Command Financial Services as a Financial Advisor in July 2021, following a 20-year career in the United States Marine Corps, where she attained the rank of Staff Sergeant. Kimberly understands the challenges and opportunities associated with life in the military and is committed to helping service members and their families get their financial lives squared away.

Kimberly has an Associate’s degree in Modern Standard Arabic from the Defense Language Institute and a Bachelor’s degree in Arabic Language and Culture from California University of Pennsylvania. She holds Series 7 and 66 securities licenses plus life and health insurance licenses in Georgia and South Carolina.

Understanding that the biggest obstacle to financial security for most people is their own behavior, Kimberly serves as a personal financial coach to clients, continually reinforcing positive financial behaviors. Her thorough knowledge of military pay and benefits enables her to advise clients on how to navigate the Blended Retirement System, properly allocate their contributions to the Thrift Savings Plan (TSP) and take full advantage of other benefits. Kimberly will work with you to establish specific, meaningful goals that are consistent with your values and then develop a personalized financial plan to guide your pursuit of those goals.

In her free time, Kimberly enjoys reading, spending time with family, and traveling.

Active in her community, Kimberly is Adjunct Officer of the Jimmie Dyess Young Marines, and a member of the Fort Gordon Spouses and Civilians Club.
