KELLY COOK

Kelly Cook (she/her/hers) is a board-certified mental health psychiatric nurse practitioner who sees clients across the lifespan for the diagnosis and treatment of a wide variety of mental health disorders. Kelly studied advanced practice nursing at The Ohio State University.



Kelly utilizes a multi-dimensional wellness model to holistically approach the treatment of a mental illnesses, offering individualized treatment plans that encompass mindfulness-based practices and psychopharmacology.
