If you want your pets to get better and see real professionals DO NOT take them to South Temecula Veterinary Hospital. "Dr." Cramer is a piece of work for having the audacity to say the things he did in front of my family and I. I have never seen a Vet and his staff with such a lack of compassion for a dying animal and even more upset pet owners. I took my cat in a while ago because she was giving birth to dead kittens and we needed the rest of them out of her (she gave up after only having one) so after talking to the Vet for a while and seeing if my cat would give birth to more we wasted a few hours. Before I knew it the staff was telling me that the office had closed and that there was "Over Hours" charge that they had failed to tell me about. It was $500!!! Not only was there no verbal communication about it but there was nothing posted around their facility about this "rule". These people are so money hungry it's disgusting. Not only money hungry but so non compassionate towards the animals that they are trying to help. Their motto is even "Compassionate care at a reasonable price", how could you even put these words on your front door when you step in the door and that motto is LONG gone. Not only with my animal but with many others that I have heard about. Be smart and don't go here!
