A San Diego tutor with a passion for chemistry, I'm excited to help students understand its concepts. While fundamentals are essential when tutoring high school or AP chemistries, I focus on making them relatable and understandable, so my students enjoy learning them as much as possible. That's been one of my motivations since starting tutoring several years ago in California.

AP Chemistry and AP Biology require a lot of critical thinking skills. I focus on developing these strategies for succeeding at tests, especially the May test. I am familiar with San Diego schools' curriculum, having taught many students from there before.

I take time to evaluate each student's needs individually to customize lessons based on their personal goals so they gain confidence and critical-thinking skills necessary for assessing problems accurately/successfully, knowing that success can help them excel in school and take the AP exam confidently.
