Zen Den by Rural Yoga Tribe was born from my love of practicing & teaching yoga. Yoga isn't about being trendy, it's about growing and learning to be the best version of you. Having moved to the country after living in major metros for the last 20 years, I know that practicing yoga isn't necessarily different based on geography, but the space around us definitely impacts our practice.
