Our goal is to prevent the development of chronic illness by providing education & tools to support metabolic health & to enable people to make informed nutrition & lifestyle choices.
We aim to provide the tools & support in the form of testing, supplements and 1:1 coaching sessions to make these choices easier.
In partnership with this we will lobby those with influence to generate a food & lifestyle environment that supports metabolic health & physical & mental wellbeing by:
- resetting societal expectations around nutrition, work & leisure
- making better choices easy, affordable, accessible & enjoyable
- regenerating community ethos
- engendering support from workplaces, food & beverage producers & other key players
