Debbie Williams is the owner of Birmingham Cocaine Addiction Clinic in Sutton Coldfield Birmingham, She is an addiction expert who has specialised helping those with addictions to cocaine and has worked with many celebrities struggling with this habit. Many have been sent to her for hypnosis by the well known hypnotist Paul McKenna who has referred people to her for over 24 years now. Debbie is a NLP trainer as well as a trainer teaching hypnotherapy to students for the ICCH ( The International College of Clinical Hypnotherapy) at Regents college London. Over the years she has refined tools and techniques in order to help her clients break free from their abuse of cocaine. Rather than spending thousands to go to rehab or detox centres to detox from cocaine, the treatment can be done along with continuing daily life. Normally it starts with a double breakthrough session of two hours which can be in person or over Skype if preferred. Within the session a hypnosis recording will be made at the end so the client has something to listen to in order to stay on track and capture any useful resources uncovered within the session. How big the problem feels to the client is measured ( normally its 90-100 out of a 100 )and within the first session it can be reduced to 20-30. The second session is a week to ten days later where we look at what has gone well and then what has not in order to design the session around the person to build up their confidence to break free from their cocaine addiction. If the person is a weekend user or a binge user of cocaine, normally one more session is enough to delink the hold coke has on them and to build in mind a better future to look forwards to. Often the cocaine is linked with other habits including drink and sometimes gambling or porn. We can work on many addictions at the same time. The difference between what we do compared to other therapies is working consciously and unconsciously to replace the craving for cocaine and to to connect the full movie of how it will feel in an hour, the next day and how they will feel afterwards. Once this connection is made, there is a space to breathe and consider the choices and the consequences of those choices in order to realise on all levels that it is an inch of pleasure and a mile of pain. We plan in advance to inoculate against cravings in the future a bit similar strategy of a top athlete by picturing in mind being a success, being richer, healthier and happier just saying no. Many other therapists refer clients to the Birmingham Cocaine Addiction Clinic as they recognise the greater skill set needed to help with this addiction and Debbie Williams ability to get those results as you can see with all the video testimonials on the website from real people who are now free.
