Hi, I'm John "Technical" Merritt
Chances are we may have already met. I live in Croxley Green, serving the local area and can be located inside Croxley Antiques on Watford Road. My workshop is equipt with specialist diagnostics & repair tools for me to give you the highest level of service. When I'm not at the shop you likely to find me walking my dog Poppy in the Orchard in Croxley.

I have over 20 years of experience in consumer electronics. I worked for Sony Centres for over 15 years where I honed my customer service skills and continuously work to keep up to date with my knowledge and take the time to understand each individual customers needs.



Technical Merritt started life as a part-time side business but in 2019, to keep up with demand I opened up my workshop and moved from doing mainly on-site work to doing most of my repairs in my workshop where i'm able to work at a faster pace.

(when we're allowed) Pop into Croxley Antiques to say hi, you'll find me in the back room of the  I'm a friendly chap and like to think I'm easy to talk to.
