Speedworks Training system was constructed by Head Coach and Founder, Jonas Dodoo and is based upon his theories from years of research and tried and tested methods from his hands-on approach to coaching. Jonas has broken down barriers from generations of complex training methods, to simplify what experts do and apply this to a number of sports all for the same output. To make an athlete faster, stronger and more explosive, whilst also ensuring a healthy and sustainable wellbeing for each individual through a bespoke training program.
