We are a martial Arts school that teaches the Korean style arts of Taekwondo, Hapkido, and Koryo Gumdo (sword). We use martial arts as a vessel to develop one's Body, Mind & Soul, building character and success in one's life.
Using physical education, self-defense, and sports martial arts we teach and develop goal-setting, and problem-solving skills and encourage our students to take the methodology from the classroom and apply it to their daily experience, for a more positive and rewarding life.
