Paul Burstow Principal and Co-Founder
In 1989 Paul started his Insurance Broking career with Sedgwick, the largest Global International brokerage at the time. In 1995 he started his own licenced business in Brisbane on Wickham Tce MDV Insurance Brokers specialising in medical and corporate insurance portfolios. Gaining industry-leading qualifications he was also accredited by ASIC to operate a general and life insurance brokerage. He is now recognised as one of the leading advisors in Australia after 30 years of experience.

His greatest achievement came last year when his youngest son Callum who he mentored in co-founding Burstows Insurance Brokers created the Callum Report, a game changing report that is available at no cost to clients to ensure they receive appropriate cover and value for every premium dollar spent.

Callum has been a qualified broker for over 5 years. The insurance industry had always been part of his life, growing up watching his father excel in the industry, but the driving force behind his decision to move from his earlier career in hospitality to insurance was knowing that many hard working Australians were not covered correctly and were being knowingly underinsured.
