In 2005 we opened our first personal training studio which grew to a 3000sqft fitness facility by 2015. In 2016 our online personal training program was launched and today we are established market leaders in the design & installation of residential fitness facilities. Specialising in the design and creation of functional, unique home gyms for clients who are looking to have their own personal training gym in the comfort of their home.
HGS is privately owned and managed by one of its original founders, Matt Hancocks. An International master trainer, European speaker and passionate health coach.
With Home Gym Solutions we have created the complete package when it comes to training at home. Our expert knowledge and experience in the industry enables us to design, supply, and install incredibly stylish home gym spaces. Not only that, but we make sure you use this space by offering an incredible online personal training program as part of our aftercare service.
