We rent newer Premium sleeper houses on Gull Lake and other Brainerd area lakes, houses will be clean, preheated and holes predrilled. A member of our staff will be available to assist you If problem should arise.



Options for Walleye/pike/Perch/Crappie we also offer custom house placement on your favorite lake, email for Quote.

We do offer custom placement with some of our Ice Houses if you have a favorite lake in the Brainerd Lakes or St cloud area that you would like to fish, if so email me the details and we will do our best to accommodate.



The Brainerd Lakes Area offers fisherman some of the best Walleye, Pike and Crappie fishing around Minnesota. We place our houses on Gull Lake and other Brainerd area lakes, as one of the largest lakes in the area Gull Lake 9,947.3 acres produces some very nice Walleye and Pike action, great Crappie fishing can be found here and on other local lakes. A benefit to renting a sleeper house on Gull is its only about 2.5 hours north of the Twin Cities and you can keep more than one fish.
