McCloud Acosta Clinical Services, PLLC is an established and successful multidisciplinary private practice in Matthews, NC on the outskirts of Charlotte, NC that is the Premier Practice in the area specializing in the Treatment of Trauma for Children, Adults, Teens & Families. All our clinicians are Independent Contractors and are responsible for their own clinical practice. Clinicians at MACS use Play Therapy, EMDR, Trauma Therapy, Adult Psychotherapy, TFCBT, DBT, Substance Abuse/Addictions Treatment, Trauma Assessments, Couples & Family Therapy Models. We have more than100 years combined of clinical experience.



Our practice was founded by Caroline McCloud, MSW, LCSW, BCD and Kristina Acosta, PhD, LPCS, LCAS in 2009 to provide our clients comprehensive and holistic treatment for transformative healing for the whole family suffering from the effects of Trauma. Since its inception, MACS has grown to include 12 Independently Contracting Clinicians who manage their own practice in association with us.
