Better, Launceston Leisure Centre (formerly Phoenix Leisure Centre) offers quality, affordable fitness facilities and leisure activities to help keep you active and lead a healthy lifestyle.

Following a £100,000 refurbishment in June 2017, our Gym now holds 26 top of the range Technogym equipment stations, alongside a weekly programme of more than 15 Fitness Classes including Circuits, Group Cycling, and Pilates.

Team sports take place in our Sports Hall, and our Squash Courts are available for both casual and club hire, as is our floodlit multi use games area.

With a 25m swimming pool, and a learner pool playing host to our successful Better Swim School catering for children of all ages and abilities, there really is something for everyone at Better, Launceston Leisure Centre.
