McGilvray Veterinary Hospital is a full service companion animal hospital in Toronto, Ontario. It is our commitment to provide quality, compassionate veterinary care throughout the life of your pet.

Our services and facilities are designed to assist in routine preventive care for young, healthy pets; early detection and treatment of disease as your pet ages; and complete medical and surgical care as necessary during his or her lifetime. We are also happy to accommodate your needs for pet boarding services and pet grooming services.

We understand the special role your pet plays in your family and are dedicated to becoming your partner in your pet’s health care. We treat your pet as we would our own. Our goal is to practice the highest quality medicine and surgery with compassion and an emphasis on client education.

McGilvray Veterinary Hospital has been a fully accredited member of The American Animal Hospital Association (AAHA) for over 55 years. Only 7% of hospitals in Canada are accredited by this organization.

AAHA is an international organization serving veterinarians and members of their staffs, who are engaged in the delivery of veterinary medical care to pets. Established in 1933, AAHA is well known among veterinarians and pet owners for its standard for hospitals and pet health care. Compliance is voluntary, and trained consultants regularly visit the hospital to ensure compliance with AAHA’s high standards for services and facilities.
