Shelley Read - Therapist and Aging Well Consultant provides individual counselling, grief and loss therapy, and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) in greater Kitchener, Waterloo, Stratford and St. Agatha Areas. Shelley's focus is on helping adults clearly define and reach their personal wellness goals from a holistic perspective. Realizing that each person is unique in both their challenges and strengths, Shelley's therapy is molded around individualized needs. Through individual counselling sessions, Shelley will work together with you to identify and promote your strengths and resources to cope with the issues or difficulties that concern you. This is done in a safe, caring and confidential environment to explore their feelings, beliefs, values and behaviours.
