ILoveKickboxing is awesome!! The staff is great! The classes rock, so much positive energy, it carries you through the class. Before you know it you are done and dripping with sweat! AMAZING! My wife got me to sign up for a free three class trial and after my first class I was hooked. This is a family affair now, as my son and daughter also have joined.

I love this studio! I was looking for a way to get motivated and not be bored with workouts. This is it! The workouts are good for everyone and anyone. The instructors are so friendly and always make sure that you're using good form and help you if you need it. They're always really professional and friendly, even with the shy students. They make you feel like a rockstar. The price is also pretty good, and for now there's a trial to try out a few classes to see how you like it. I would definitely recommend this studio. You can see results and not feel out of place.

ILoveKickboxing is a great place to workout. In 60 minutes, your routines include various cardio, stretching, and & bag-hitting techniques. The instructors are awesome and motivating. I highly recommend that you give them a try!

(Brandon) I came into ILK not knowing necessarily what I wanted. I just knew that I wanted to lose a little weight and maintain a much more healthier lifestyle. Not only have I been able to do that, but I've been able to build relationships with a very good group of people. The trainers are amazing and everyone has such a positive attitude that you would have to be pretty out of touch not to enjoy yourself. It's not easy, but taking the first step is half the battle. Just showing up and committing to half the battle. ILK gives you the tools to succeed. Now what are you going to do about it?

I have tried many different workout programs and plans over the years. Ilkb has been the program I've been consistent with and enjoy doing. The owners, instructors and members are like a huge supportive family. The environment is welcoming and motivating. The studio is clean and the music gets you pumped. Ilkb Suffolk is a most try!

This place is amazing and has an awesome staff. Very upbeat workouts and nothing but positive vibes when I walk in, during the workouts and when I leave! I would recommend this to anyone and everyone, such a great workout I get and feel so good after! Instructors are awesome and when I leave, I just want some more so keep it up and thank you!

This gym is amazing. It has been the best pick me up, and the greatest way to resolve some pent up stress. The people have been amazing and super friendly.
