Arrowhead Fitness is located in beautiful Lake Arrowhead, CA. We offer hands on personal training with one on one assistants to help you acheive your personal goals without injury. Our Experienced fitness consultants work with clients of all ages, and can tailor a program based on each client's lifestyle, current fitness level, and medical or orthopedic conditions such as obesity and diabetes.
