Michael has helped me a lot with soul searching when I bought a house. He mishandled most of the issues very unprofessionally, as I had a few bank problems that affected the payment dates. He was always not very easy to reach via the e-mail and he was never there to return calls for any extra questions that I had. Keep it up!

Very unhappy with Wex Co and strongly disapprove their service. Most agents try to sell you whatever they have, these are no different. Lak showed me three flats based on a first discussion, took the time to listen to what I wanted and then only showed me flats that did not fit my needs. Waste of time. You are in the wrong business.

Wex&Co was of very little assistance during our tenancy.

They never reply promptly to emails and very little to no support on the phone. Talk to the voicemail!!

Painful charming street smart thugs.

I will never rent with Wex&Co again. This was the worst flat and experience I had in many years.

We were in process of buying a property on Oakington Manor Drive.
Everything started with there intension of arranging a mortgage through the in-house mortgage advisor, not our own financial advisor.
Then property was intentionally overpriced, we agreed with a deal and instructed a bank valuer. He have came back with report and on the report he showed that house is overpriced by Wex and co over £40k. Bank have started asking us questions regarding the cash back deal.
Staff from Wex and co said that bank do not know the real market value of the property and all the properties are sold over the asking price.
Please note the property is still for sale and is £20k more at the moment then we have agreed.
DO NOT DEAL WITH WEX AND CO SAVE YOUR TIME AD MONEY!!!

Buyer Beware, worked with Wexler. He failed to disclose information to us as buyers, as he sold us his friends wrecked home here in Preston Road. .Still waiting for court date 3 months later.
