ILoveKickboxing has given me my motivation back! I have been going to a regular gym for over 4 years and I always felt lost in the crowd there. My body is the proof of it. BUT since I started going to ILK classes, I have been getting the best workouts, gained confidence, learned new skills and improved my technique. The ILK team is so welcoming, friendly and supportive. This place has a family feeling to it - a family that will push you to achieve your goals.

Kickboxing has always been something I've wanted to try but there were no locations close to me. When I noticed this place had opened up across the street from me, I knew I had to check it out. I found on their website a Class Package deal to try it out and made my Orientation appointment. The coaches were so friendly with big smiles and lots of energy. They made me feel so welcome. As soon as the first class was done, I told Coach Stevie that I wanted to sign up for membership. November 17, 2018 changed my life in the most amazing way. I've had memberships to other places in the past but was never motivated to go and would just waste my money. Here, the coaches keep you accountable and make class so much fun. They notice if you've haven't been to class in a while and will actually contact you to see if you are ok. They inspire you, motivate you and push you to be the best version of yourself. I feel amazing. I have grown so much mentally, physically and in my confidence. I love my new fitfam and wouldn't trade it for anything. This has become a second home for me.

This place becomes family.. the workouts everyday are different and that makes it exciting you not only get the best workout but you join a family who supports and holds you accountable.. every trainer there is amazing and I love them all and I look forward to class everytime.. the warmups are hard but that the best part gets your heart going then bag workout and then last round!!! I recommend this place come in and see for yourself you won’t be disappointed
