Nexus Fitness

Nexus Fitness is a fitness training facility offering both CrossFit and high-intensity interval training (HIIT) in Homewood, Alabama. While each class is performed at a high intensity, the two types of training offer diverse experiences. Nexus Fitness offers training that promotes positivity, encouragement and community both inside and outside of the gym. At Nexus Fitness, the focus is on the member's results, feelings, and safety, doing so by promoting an environment of acceptance and equality.
