There is a 75% chance that a woman will know her attacker. A Fighting Chance Rape Prevention & Self-Defense for Women is a self defense program focusing on women's strength. Our self defense for women program was originally created for survivors. We focus on the most common sexual assault scenarios, although our training can be applied to any type of assault. We teach three different phases of assault survival for women. Unlike most self defense for women, our classes are actually taught by a woman. A female instructor knows what it feels like to be female. You will gain realistic knowledge on how to defend yourself from an attacker, escape, and survive. Women can overcome their fears by using full force against our male "bad guy". We will teach you how to always be aware of your surroundings and develop an exit strategy. We strive to give women their power back. The emotional support in class is a top priority. You will graduate with confidence and discover strengths you never knew you had.
