Saints Simon & Jude Catholic School

Saints Simon & Jude Catholic School welcomes K-8th grade students and offers after school tutoring. The school is a community filled with bright, joyful, motivated young people, and gifted and devoted teachers. Our school community strives to live out the Gospel values through a Franciscan lens, inspired by St. Francis and St. Clare of Assisi. For 47 years, Sts. Simon & Jude School and its students have excelled in all areas including Christian service, academics, performing arts and athletics. SSJ students continue to become California Junior Scholastic Federation members, and often move on to leadership roles as well as merited athletes in their respective high schools.

Sts. Simon & Jude School follows the course of academic instruction recommended by the Superintendent of Schools, Diocese of Orange, and that of the State of California. We are a Catholic school committed to spiritual and academic excellence. Our educational program teaches the fundamentals of religion and family life, mathematics, reading, literature, English grammar and writing, spelling, vocabulary, science, and social studies. Additionally, we provide credentialed instruction in art, music, computer literacy, Spanish, and physical education.
Standardized test scores for students at Sts. Simon & Jude School are consistently well above both the national average and the Diocesan average. We consistently rank between 20%-30% above the national average.
