Helping Disorders

I know where you’re at because I’ve been there, I’ve lived there. I’m here to tell you that there is a way to live your life that allows you to feel empowered and joyous. I’m a recovering alcoholic and addict who recently celebrated seven years of being clean and sober. I have been recovering from an eating disorder for the past four years and am continually reshaping the relationship that I have with myself and my body by grounding myself in a sense of love and gratitude for all the ways my body supports me throughout my daily life.
