Owner Builder Network is a team of Contractors, Suppliers, and Professionals to help build custom homes for individuals. We take pride in giving our customers control of their project in the areas that are important to them. One, for example, is knowing what things costs. At all times our customers are seeing all their bids and are able to talk one on one with the people that are working on their home and supplying them the materials. At all times they are in control of the cost and quality of what is going in. Of course their only limits would be staying within their budget on items. They get a volume builder discount on everything and also have the ability to negotiate the pricing and then use their saving to upgrade other things or take their final loan out for less. They at all times will know the quality of the work, contractors and materials. Our typical customer is one that knows what they want. Our customers want to be in control of the money for their home and the contractors. They want to know what is in those walls. This gives them a chance to be creative and at the same time put their own true wants and needs into their new home. Our customer have great pride and what they have accomplished and created with help from everyone involved to make their dreams come true.
