The McArthur Law Firm provides legal counsel to companies across the digital community, specifically software companies, app developers, and video game companies. Stephen McArthur, Managing Attorney, formerly practiced law at Cravath, Swaine & Moore in New York City and Irell & Manella in Los Angeles. He was also a member of the team that represented wireless device company BlackBerry as part of a consortium that purchased patents from Nortel Networks for $4.5 billion (the largest sale of intellectual property assets at that point in history) and was the recipient of the M&A Deal of the Year Award.
McArthur earned his law degree from Columbia University School of Law, where he was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar and served as Managing Editor of the Journal of Law and Social Problems.
