With over 20 years of experience, JPR has an established reputation of excellence in the industry.

JohnPaulRichard, Inc. was founded in Los Angeles by John Paul Beltran and Richard Hirsh in 1996. Bertan Kalatchi joined the company as a partner shortly after. Since the beginning, the Company’s mission has been to design style focused women’s apparel at affordable prices.

The JohnPaulRichard line offers a full range of styles, including tops, bottoms, dresses, and sweaters in all fabrications. JPR also produces in plus and petite sizes. In addition to its e-commerce business, JohnPaulRichard can be found in most major department stores around the U.S. under the JohnPaulRichard label or a variety of private labels.

In 2002, JohnPaulRichard, Inc. acquired Fever Clothing, a sportswear line sold in department stores and specialty retailers around the U.S., Mexico and Canada.

Also in 2002, JohnPaulRichard, Inc. founded Vince, a contemporary fashion line of luxury basics. After four years of rapid growth, JPR sold Vince to The Kellwood Company.
