Renee Hodge joined the Terra Firma Global Partners Napa Offices in 2012. Renee comes to Terra Firma with a long and successful real estate career in the Napa Valley. Renee is a born and raised “Napan” with strong ties to the community both professionally and personally. In addition her husband is a local builder/developer which give her additional knowledge and support enabling her to better educate and achieve success for her clients.

Renee was born and raised in Napa coming from a long line of Dairy Farms which her Grandfather established in the early 1940’s. She attended NVUSD public schools and received a BA degree from Sonoma State University with a concentration in mathematics.

An experienced professional since 2002, Renee focuses on residential and land/vineyard transactions with a strong background in new construction, renovation, land use and commercial development. Renee is also EcoGreen Certified. For Renee, there is no “bad market” – the real estate market is always changing. Change brings opportunity for both the Buyer and Seller. By listening and understanding her client’s needs she builds a relationship of trust and confidence that stands as a foundation while applying a strong work ethic and her professional skills which lead her clients’ through a successful transaction.
