Active engagement through volunteer service is a passion and Rob has served through many volunteer activities including, non-profit boards, Chambers of Commerce, and local government and school positions. Rob also took great pleasure in coaching youth recreational and select basketball and was even a tennis instructor in Lakeside "back in the day". Rob is an Ohio native, Washington & Ohio resident and, Rob holds a bachelor degree (The Ohio State University) and Masters in public administration.

Rob has been actively engaged in professional real estate since 1998. He led development teams to design/build parks, trails and new home neighborhoods in an award winning 5000 home Master Planned Community. After nearly a decade of success Rob joined the largest commercial real estate company in the world where he consulted with clients including Microsoft, Motorola, Union Bank, DaVita Health Care and others to improve bottom line results by negotiating better, faster decisions to maximize commercial assets while containing costs.

In 2012 Rob put his nearly 25 years real estate experience in residential land development, property management and commercial real estate operations to work for you in residential home purchase and sales. Rob holds real estate licenses in both Ohio and Washington and puts his deep experience and knowledge of his communities to work for clients in both special locales. His experience in vacation and rental ownership, business operations and residential sales and purchases will work for you to ensure your best value, best location and at the best time.
