We are an all encompassing Martial Arts, Self-Defense, and Wellness Academy specializing in Brazilian jiu-jitsu, Fitness Kickboxing, Strength and Conditioning, and Chiropractic and Massage care. Our Academy Motto is We The Empowered, and our goal is to empower everyone of our students both on and off the mats! We provide training and classes for kids starting at 4 years of age as well as adults.

In addition to our marital arts and self defense and wellness programs, we also offer a wide variety of holistic supplements designed to aid in recovery and self care.
