Hartle Management Agency, Inc is dedicated to providing professional, courteous and efficient management services. Our management team is comprised of a professional and knowledgeable staff with experience in management of affordable housing, conventional apartments and commercial spaces. Our staff has experience in the management of properties financed by Federal and State Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC), Tax Exempt Bonds, HOME Program funds, Rural Development and Housing Assistance Payment Contracts. We have been successfully managing rental property since 1982.

Our affordable housing communities are designed to benefit low and moderate income seniors and families. Various affordable housing options are available, including 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom apartments. Another unique affordable housing opportunity is our rental houses that provide families with the option of home ownership.
