Dr. Sapna Shah

Sapna Shah, MD is trusted and dedicated Family Physician with over 10 years of experience. She earned her Medical degree in 1995 from Sri Ramachandra Medical College, India. She completed her internship at Peninsula Hospital Center, NY and completed her residency at Saint Joseph Medical Center, Yonkers, which is affiliated with New York Medical College.

Dr. Shah is Board Certified by American Board of Family Medicine and is a member of American Academy of Family Physician and AAPI. She is fluent in English, Hindi, Urdu, Tamil and Gujarati languages, making her widely accessible to patients with various cultural backgrounds. She is sensitive to the uniqueness of each patient’s situation and adapts her consultations and treatment options appropriately to accommodate individual need and concerns.

Dr. Shah's expertise lies in providing exceptional patient service and compassionate care within various environments, such as Internal Medicine, Adolescent Medicine, acute and chronic long term care. She believes in providing/focusing on preventive health screening, chronic disease management and heightened awareness of the benefits of nutrition and physical exercise.
