As a family medicine physician my specialty is disease prevention and health maintenance across a patient’s life span. I believe there are many dimensions of health - mind, body and spirit - that can affect my patient’s happiness and well-being. I enjoy nurturing patient’s health and life goals by:

identifying real or potential barriers to self care
advising them about their condition or illness
supporting them to have a more fulfilling and productive life

As a former Outward Bound instructor and rock climbing guide you can find me in the woods hanging out at the local crag on my days off. Our family enjoys spending time in the mountains when not at work or school.
