Schembri Engineers is Arizona’s oldest home and building inspection engineering firm specializing in structural and foundation evaluation. Since 1985, we have performed more than 14,000 home and building inspections throughout the metropolitan Phoenix area and all over the great state of Arizona. We have established a reputation for competence, professionalism, and thoroughness that is unmatched. We are also experienced in special inspections, owner representation, construction monitoring, construction forensics and defect investigation, as well as phase 1 environmental site assessment (ESA) & property condition assessment (PCA) per ASTM standards.
