IMPULSE Body Fitness is the first recreational boutique group training facility that combines regular exercise with wireless EMS (Electro Muscle Stimulation). Backed by ATLAS HOLDINGS, an International family office, it all started on April 17,2015 where an extensive market research was conducted through Europe, where multiple WIRED first generation EMS personal training centers were operating, however it was still an unproven as a stand alone business concept. Recent studies have shown that only 19% of the population (70% of which attend group settings) is or has been a member of a traditional or boutique fitness club, (the fitness industry is worth 75 billion per year) leaving an 81% of the population out. Amongst our most important conclusions is the needed of a work out that can provide low time investment, real results, a great and satisfying experience in a group setting for better motivation.Boutique Fitness Studios account for over 21% of the fitness industry and it has been growing year after year. EMS can be very effective when properly applied, however the personal training set up was not financially viable, since too much equipment cost was required for a 25 minute session per user, a high cost per session which the market wasn't willing to pay. We needed to figure out a way to deliver an efficient work out, tailored individually to multiple users at the time, which allowed the cost to be dramatically decreased per session.
