Mind, Body & Spirit Med Center: Suzanna Dotson, MD

Located in Pembroke Pines, Florida, Dr. Suzanna Dotson is a board-certified physician and hospitalist who specializes in family medicine and addiction medicine. She treats a broad range of conditions from opiate abuse and pain management to cold and flu symptoms. Her philosophy is to treat the person, not the symptom.
She prides herself on spending time with her patients, using those extra moments to get to know the individual, rather than always rushing through the medical visit. Dr. Dotson’s compassion shines through at Mind, Body & Spirit Med Center, where her patients feel heard and cared for on a personalized level at her boutique practice.
Dr. Dotson earned her bachelor’s degree at the age of 20 from Dartmouth College and graduated from the University of Miami, School of Medicine. She completed her residency in Family Medicine at the University of Miami/Jackson Memorial Hospital.
Dr. Dotson is a wife and mother of two, who enjoys traveling, skiing, and the occasional scuba dive.
