Dr. Stephanie Kong is an OB/GYN at Stephanie Kong, MD, serving patients in the Beverly Grove and downtown neighborhoods of Los Angeles. Dr. Kong grew up in northern California and moved to Baltimore to attend Johns Hopkins University. She graduated with a bachelor's degree in neuroscience and then returned to California, where she earned her medical degree at the University of California, Irvine. While completing her OB/GYN residency at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles, Dr. Kong was chosen as administrative chief resident. Dr. Kong was honored as the Annual Harris Award winner in 2016 for her gynecologic research involving labor induction methods.
Dr. Kong is a passionate proponent for quality health care for all women. To help make this a reality, she has donated her time to serve patients in countries such as Denmark, Ecuador, and Haiti.
