Charm School for Mavericks helps strong leaders with powerful personalities learn how to moderate their wattage and become more effective leaders. Emphasis on managing others' perceptions, increasing approachability, and fair uses of power.

This executive coaching process was designed by L. Kay Wilson, Esq. Kay Wilson is an employment law defense attorney with formal executive coaching training which she received in 2002 in NYC with Results Coaching Systems (founded by David Rock, author of Personal Best). The executive coaching process is geared toward helping mavericks increase their interpersonal skills mastery so that the people who work with them, and around them, have better work life experiences.
