Craig, Who Grew Up in A Family Kosher Restaurant/Hotel in Lock Sheldrake, NY and Attained a Culinary Degree and Hospitality Degree from CCNYU. He Officially Began His Career as A Working Chef at The Tuscany Hotel In New York City. Craig’s Resume Also Includes the Executive Chef Position of the Prestigious CCA Corporation Based Out of Dallas Texas and Numerous Miami and Palm Beach Properties.

Fredda, A Graduate of Northeast Louisiana University with A Bachelor of Science Degree in Institutional Management. Went On to Become an Award Winning Catering Specialist for Club Corporation of America Attaining Top Corporate Goals, Setting Industry Standards in Client Service and The Event Planning Process from Start to Finish! Fredda Worked at Premier Properties in Louisiana, Texas and Florida Including Miami, Palm Beach and Fort Lauderdale.

Craig and Fredda Came to Sarasota On Contract to Develop and Construct the Longboat Key Moorings- A Private Condo Style Marina (Restaurant, Ship Store, Moorings Condo Sales and Marina Amenities Such as Pool and Tennis Court) On Longboat Key Florida.

Craig and Fredda Immediately Loved Sarasota and Began Looking for Personal Opportunities to Purchase and Develop. So…. When They Discovered Nellie’s …They Knew It Was the Right Fit! They Immediately Added Full Service Catering to the Existing Deli, & Market. In 2009 Year Craig and Fredda Moved Their Business to Its Current Location 15 South Beneva Road, Sarasota Florida.
