Why Kitchen 919? When we found an opportunity to build our new restraunt in the old Orangry building we set out to create an upscale environment. After thinking about it for some time, we thought about the places that make us feel most at home. Places we are comfortable. Places that we spend time with our friends. The place you do that most often tends to be the kitchen. It’s where we make great food, spend time with family and friends. It’s the central location of our home lives. Instead of building just another upscale eatery we set out to create a place you can go not just for a special occasion, but for any occasion.
